6. If you find the lights have some quality trouble when you got the packages , such as the bulbs can NOT work , please take some photos, video and email us , for us confirm, and then we will send the new light or the replacement to you with your next order. Otherwise , the warranty is 24 months.

How are you different from other suppliers?
A: We are one of the earliest high power led lights manufacturers in China. Our experience makes us know the industry, know the products and know the customers. We have the most professional producing and testing equipment in this field. Equipped with a strong QC dept with 16 employees. and R&D dept with 14 technicians, each of our products' quality is under control. How long is the delivery date?
A: Sample order will be shipped within 3 working days after payment received, 7 to 25 working days for bulk order.

How is HANKA production ability?
A: We have 8 production lines,monthly capacity 8,000 -10,000 pieces LED lights. 80% of them are sold to oversea.
What kinds of package can you provide?
A: HANKA products are packed with blank box or colour box for your optional. Customized box is acceptable.

What about after sales service?
A: Defective rate of HANKA led light is 0.2%, in case you got problem light. Please don't worry.
LED work light/light bar/headlight: Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send new lights together with next order after we get approved from after sales department.
